612026-04-20ORDER CONCERNING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION HEARING: This Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's Status Report, ECF 60. In order for the Court to consider its request for a Preliminary Injunction ("PI"), Plaintiff must file a discrete motion for a PI that includes both (a) reasoned justification as to why Plaintiff is entitled to a PI and (b) a proposed PI order. The proposed PI order must require the submission of status reports every ninety (90) days. Plaintiff's motion must be filed no later than 8AM PDT on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Second, this Court will only consider preliminarily enjoining Defendants which have been properly served. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(a)(1) ("The court may issue a preliminary injunction only on notice to the adverse party."). Plaintiff should be prepared to answer at the videoconference hearing which of the listed defendants have been properly served in this action and limit their request for injunctive relief accordingly.
