By 9/24/2026, the parties shall file a Joint Initial Status Report that complies with the Court's standing orders, which can be found on the Court's website. If the Defendant(s) have not been served by the initial status hearing date, Plaintiff must contact the Courtroom Deputy to reschedule the status hearing and the date for filing the Joint Initial Status Report. | 13 | 2026-08-10 | MINUTE entry before the Honorable Georgia N. Alexakis: The Court grants Plaintiff's motion to increase the page limit [10]. Plaintiff's brief in support of their motion for entry of a temporary restraining order, including a temporary injunction and expedited discovery, may be 35 pages long. The parties are directed to notice up the sealed motion for the entry of a temporary restraining order [11] no earlier than 8/28/2026 and to deliver courtesy copies 3 days before the presentment hearing. | 14 | 2026-08-19 | NOTICE of Motion by James Edward Judge for presentment of Sealed motion, [11] before Honorable Georgia N. Alexakis on 8/31/2026 at 09:30 AM. |
2026-08-28 | MINUTE entry before the Honorable Georgia N. Alexakis: The Court grants Plaintiff's ex parte motion for entry of a temporary restraining order, namely, a temporary injunction and expedited discovery [11]. Plaintiff has not sought, nor does the Court grant, a request for any asset freeze. The Court vacates the 8/31/2026 presentment hearing. Based on Plaintiff's written submissions, the Court finds that Plaintiff has established (1) a likelihood of success on the merits; (2) the harm to Plaintiff is irreparable and cannot be fully compensated by money damages; (3) an injunction is in the public interest because of the consumer confusion caused by counterfeit goods and infringement interferes with Plaintiff's ability to control its intellectual property; and (4) there is no countervailing harm to Defendants from an order directing them to stop infringement. The Court further finds that it may issue a temporary restraining order without notice to Defendants because specific facts in a sworn declaration provided by Plaintiff [11-3] clearly show that immediate and irreparable injury, loss, or damage will result to Plaintiff before Defendants can be heard in opposition; and Plaintiff's attorney has certified in writing why efforts to give notice should not be required [11-2]. Expedited discovery is warranted to better identify Defendants, determine the appropriate means of service, establish the full scope of Defendants' operations, and preserve evidence relevant to this action. Plaintiff is directed to submit a Microsoft Word version of its proposed order to the Court's proposed order inbox promptly. Mailed notice.

2026-09-04 | NOTICE of Motion by Ying Chen for presentment of motion for miscellaneous relief[17] before Honorable Georgia N. Alexakis on 9/10/2026 at 09:30 AM.
2026-09-08 | MINUTE entry before the Honorable Georgia N. Alexakis: For the reasons set forth by Plaintiff, the Court grants Plaintiff's motion for leave to provide notice of any motion for a preliminary injunction by electronic mail pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(a)(1)[17]. See Overnight Blowout LLC v. Shenzhen Kairuijia E-Com. Co., No. 25-CV-6086 (LJL), 2025 WL 2381588, at *3 (S.D.N.Y. Aug. 13, 2025); see also Teledyne Techs. Inc. v. Shekar, 739 F. App'x 347, 349 (7th Cir. 2018). Plaintiff may provide notice to Defendants of any motion for a preliminary injunction by electronically publishing a link to the Complaint, the Temporary Restraining Order, and other relevant documents on a website and by sending an email containing a link to that website to the email addresses provided for Defendants by third parties. The Court vacates the 9/10/2026 presentment hearing. Mailed notice.
2026-09-09 | MOTION by Plaintiff Glimpse LLC for preliminary injunction
2026-09-09 | NOTICE of Motion by James Edward Judge for presentment of motion for preliminary injunction[20] before Honorable Georgia N. Alexakis on 9/15/2026 at 09:30 AM.
2026-09-10 | MINUTE entry before the Honorable Georgia N. Alexakis: Before the Court is Plaintiff's motion for entry of a preliminary injunction[20], which the Court takes under advisement. Defendants are advised that the Court will consider the motion unopposed if no defendant files a notice of objection by 9/18/2026. Consistent with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(a), Plaintiff must provide notice to Defendants of its motion for entry of a preliminary injunction and of this minute order within one business day and promptly file proof of that service thereafter. For the reasons stated in the Court's orders entering and then extending the TRO[15], [16], the TRO is extended to and including the date the Court adjudicates Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. See H-D Mich., LLC v. Hellenic Duty Free Shops S.A., 694 F.3d 827, 843-45 (7th Cir. 2012). Because this extension exceeds the maximum duration for a TRO under Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(b), this extension "becomes in effect a preliminary injunction that is appealable, but the order remains effective." Id. at 844. The Court resets the hearing on Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction from 9/15/2026 to 9/22/2026 at 9:30 a.m. Mailed notice.
